Provide ongoing support post-successful go-live
Troubleshoot issues across SAP SuccessFactors modules

Support configuration reviews and defect resolution Requirements:
Over 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Solid functional knowledge of Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding
