Social Media Content Creator & Brand Ambassador

Istanbul Döner

We’re looking for someone creative, outgoing, and trend-aware to help grow Istanbul Döner on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You’ll work closely with the owner, who has photography and videography experience, to brainstorm ideas, follow trends, create short-form videos, and help represent the restaurant both online and in person.

What You’ll Do
Find trending formats, hooks, sounds, and content ideas
Turn our existing photos and videos into Reels and TikToks
Come up with new video ideas and record simple content yourself when needed
Be comfortable appearing on camera as a recurring face of Istanbul Döner
Do basic video editing including cuts, captions, music, and text
Help organize ideas into content we can make now, content we need to film, and ideas for later
Post consistently, with a goal of around 1 to 2 posts per week
Occasionally hand out coupons or represent Istanbul Döner at promotions or events

Some videos may take only a few minutes using existing content and a trending format. Others may require new footage or more involved editing.





What We’re Looking For
Creative and comfortable on camera
Valuable understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, trends, and hooks
Able to work independently and come up with ideas
Basic video editing skills
Reliable and comfortable interacting with the public
Farsi or Turkish is an asset
Previous social media or content creation experience is an asset, but not required

We care more about creativity, understanding social media, speed, and positive judgment than formal qualifications.

This is a versatile freelance/contract role with a budget of up to $200 per month.
