• Execute all painting and drywall tasks as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and thoroughly
• Follow up on assignments from management promptly




• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues immediately
• Assist in furniture movement and special requests
Requirements:
• High school education mandatory
• 2+ years in residential or commercial painting
• Relevant technical certification is advantageous
• Past maintenance experience in hotels or residences
• Possess robust interpersonal and basic computer skills
