Drive sales success as a Customer Service Inside Sales representative with Interroll in Newmarket, Ontario. This opportunity focuses on quote preparation and customer communication for optimal service. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role involves creating quotes primarily for Interroll's Dynamic Storage line.

You will also be responsible for using the ERP system, SAP, for generating orders and handling customer status updates. Cross-training on various product lines is essential to provide accurate information to clients and ensure their needs are met collaboratively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue quotes for the Dynamic Storage product line
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on tracking customer orders




- Process sales orders, confirmations, and reports using SAP
- Maintain clear communication about order status with customers
- Work closely within teams across departments

Requirements:

- Must live in the Greater Toronto Area and work in office
- Engineering or Business education is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP is beneficial
- Strong ability to work under pressure required
- Excellent relationship-building skills
