What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll oversee the support and delivery of products from our Canmore location—part warehouse, part storefront. Your responsibilities will include:

- Logistics coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of deliveries and pickups, optimizing logistics for timely and cost-effective transportation.

Receiving and sorting incoming shipments.
- Delivery: Deliver products for key customers with company trucks
- Customer service and support: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and assist with product selection to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Receive and process orders: help to manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Help with ordering of products based on customer demand - Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock availability, keeping customer demand in mind.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Track inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.




- Product Logistics: Operate a forklift and use manual pallet jacks for loading and unloading supplies.
- Asset Maintenance: Administer preventative maintenance to delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety practices for warehouse operations.
- Facility Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace in line with company and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, is naturally performance driven, and brings practical experience in fulfilling retail or warehouse operations.

You’ll need

- Proven experience in logistics coordination, delivery operations, or warehouse/distribution environments
- Solid customer service skills with a track record of resolving issues effectively and maintaining positive client relationships
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail, with experience in order processing and inventory management
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and performing basic equipment/vehicle maintenance
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced workplace
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with light truck delivery preferred




- Physical capability to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for order entry, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling
