Understand and be able to conduct Systems Security Engineering to deliver trustworthy secure systems that satisfy stakeholder protection needs within an established risk tolerance.

Basic Qualifications - Education: Possesses a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or accreditations in cybersecurity engineering.

- Experience: Minimum five years of professional experience in cyber security, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment.

Experience with Agile methods.

Experience with Defence domain.

- Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with WindChill™. Familiarity with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)™. Familiarity with Cameo™. Familiarity with Systems Modelling Language(SysML) or other object-oriented design methodology.
- Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or equivalent.
- Programming: Familiarity with Systems Modelling Language(SysML) or other object-oriented design methodology.
- Licensing: Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license would be an asset.
- Eligible for NATO Secret clearance in a timely manner.
