- Ingest data and archive files according to company policy
- Operate shipping software for domestic and international freight




- Perform weekly shelf audits of vault items
- Ensure virus scanning of client hard drives before ingesting
- Manage vault space and move inactive elements accordingly

Requirements:

- Robust problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with file delivery systems including Aspera
