Looking for 1 Lead Soccer Instructor and 1 Assistant Instructor

Hours are 8:30am-12:30pm on Saturday mornings starting October 17 until December 5, 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and skill-building soccer sessions.
Adapt drills and activities to suit varying skill levels and attention spans of young children.
Provide positive role model leadership and supportive coaching to program participants.
Ensure appropriate supervision and safety of program participants.
Create a fun, positive setting that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship and skill development.
Set up, take down and maintenance of equipment and supplies before and after each session.
Maintain program records and assist with program evaluation.
Adheres to Nustadia Recreation Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:




Have soccer experience including training, coaching and working with young children.
Be at least 16 years of age.
Possess a minimum of one year of previous leadership, customer service or coaching experience.
Hold current Standard First Aid certification.
Experience with target population (age 4 – 9) and skill-based outcomes.

Pre-employment Requirements:
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector required.
Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications at time of interview.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $26.84-$32.48 per hour
