Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral challenges
Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients, including implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-based decisions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
Provide training and support to staff members on behavior management techniques
Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Experience
Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.BA) certification an asset but not required
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children, is preferred
Familiarity with Google drive, documents, powerpoint and excel
Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
Experience with PEAK, ABLLs, EBIC assessment and curriculum
Skills
Robust understanding of principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
