The Seaboard Transport Group is seeking a Recruitment Co-op student in Dartmouth, NS to support a rapid-paced Talent Acquisition team in-office. This role provides hands-on experience across the full lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
You will build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, assist onboarding, track recruiting metrics, and help prepare recruitment documents.
