You will be part of the MHSU Aftercare team, delivering comprehensive support that complements existing treatment options. This role demands a self-directed, independent Clinician who understands the complexities of Mental Health and Substance Use concerns. Your focus will be on clients overcoming serious mental health disorders and addictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis interventions
• Manage referrals and provide case management
• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy
• Support clients with psychogeriatric needs
• Liaise with community professionals for coordinated care
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Mental Health or Substance Use
• Robust understanding of confidentiality policies
• Experience in crisis intervention and assessment
