Become an essential part of our events team as an Audiovisual Technician. This role focuses on effective setup and operation of AV equipment, all while ensuring client satisfaction in a hospitality workplace.
As a Technician, you will report to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology. You’ll utilize your audiovisual expertise, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain robust communication with clients in office. Your role is crucial in problem-solving and ensuring flawless event execution through technical skill and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate audiovisual systems for events
• Communicate effectively with clients during events




• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain relationships with clients and hotel staff
• Accurately complete necessary systems paperwork
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license needed for vehicle operation
• Must lift 50 lbs.
• Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
