This full-time role involves collaborating with patients to deliver personalized support throughout their treatment journey, including IVF and IUI. Your clinical expertise will help manage patient care in the Ambulatory Surgery Center while adhering to safety regulations. A commitment to patient advocacy is crucial in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish rapport and trust with all patients
• Oversee coordination of fertility treatments
• Admit and monitor patients during recovery phases
• Communicate pre- and post-operative instructions
• Ensure a clean and protected clinical environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an active Colorado RN license
• Current ACLS certification
• Background in surgical or fertility nursing is ideal
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
