In this senior role, you will utilize your expertise to manage complex EUC issues, deploy endpoint management solutions, and ensure robust security compliance. Your contribution will directly influence the operational efficiency of our IT services. Key Responsibilities:
Act as senior escalation point for complex EUC issues
Engineer and enhance Windows 11 and macOS endpoint builds
Support VIPs with qualified remote and onsite assistance
Manage requests through Jira Service Management
Lead the development of consistent EUC support standards Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in End User Computing
Robust skills in Windows 11 and macOS support
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Familiarity with Jamf Pro and ManageEngine Endpoint Central
