Hampton Lumber is seeking a skilled Forestry Supervisor to plan and supervise forest operations around our sawmills. In this full time role, you will coordinate with Government agencies, Indigenous communities, and internal departments. Key skills include leadership in forestry practices and a strong environmental focus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and execute forest operations and support functions
• Manage contractors and personnel for seamless operations
• Oversee road and bridge construction and maintenance




• Monitor and control budgets and compliance obligations
• Drive continuous improvement in wood supply operations

Requirements:
• Registered Qualified Forester (RPF) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in forest operations or harvest supervision
• Experience in budgeting and contract management
• Solid work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with forest-based industries preferred
