We are seeking a reliable and experienced part time Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to designated locations from Cobourg to Mississauga 2-3 times per week in a protected and timely manner.
Duties
- Safely transport products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures
- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or relevant position
- Comfortable driving in the GTA area, including downtown Toronto
- Ability to lift heavy packages and operate delivery equipment
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills:
- Automotive repair knowledge is a plus
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is beneficial
- Commercial driving experience preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
