Dental Assistant – Implant & Surgical Practice

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing implant and surgical practice.

Revive Smiles is focused on dental implants, oral surgery, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Our clinical days range from straightforward implant placement to full-arch implant surgery and complex surgical cases.

We are looking for someone who enjoys surgery, works well in a fast-paced workplace, and wants to become an important part of an experienced clinical team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Chairside assisting for dental implant and oral surgery procedures
- Assisting with full-arch / All-on-X implant surgery
- Surgical setup, breakdown, and maintaining sterile fields
- Preparing surgical instruments, implant components, and equipment
- Taking digital radiographs, panoramic X-rays, and CBCT scans
- Intraoral scanning and digital dentistry workflows
- Supporting immediate-load and same-day implant cases
- Sterilization and infection-control procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and keeping the clinical workflow organized
- Reviewing post-operative instructions with patients
- Clinical documentation and charting
- Managing surgical inventory and implant components
- Working closely with the dentist, anesthesia team, treatment coordinators, and our in-house dental laboratory

- A certified/qualified Dental Assistant
- Experienced in dental assisting
- Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures
- Organized and able to anticipate what the doctor needs
- Confident working in a busy clinical environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Excellent with patients




- Interested in learning advanced implant and digital dentistry workflows
- A strong team player with a positive attitude

Previous implant or oral surgery experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dental implants, oral surgery, CBCT, intraoral scanning, full-arch dentistry, sedation, or digital dentistry is a major asset. However, we are willing to train the right person who has a strong dental assisting foundation and genuinely wants to learn.

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Candidates with strong implant, oral surgery, sedation, or advanced surgical assisting experience will be considered toward the higher end of the range.
