Summary The Dental Office Sterile Bay Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sterilization, and proper handling of dental instruments and supplies. This role is vital to maintaining a safe and productive clinical environment, supporting the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. The technician will manage inventory, adhere to strict aseptic techniques, and follow all sterilization protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Duties

- Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments using appropriate sterilization equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory management of dental supplies and sterilized instruments
- Ensure all procedures comply with infection control standards and aseptic techniques
- Assist in the setup of treatment rooms by organizing sterile instruments and materials before procedures Job




- Monitor sterilization cycles and document sterilization processes for quality assurance
- Assist with the disposal of contaminated materials following safety protocols
- Support the dental team by providing sterile instruments during procedures as needed
