Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice.

In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator at the front desk, ensuring a smooth flow of patient appointments, insurance processing, and administrative tasks. Duties

- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as Open Dental and MaxAssist
- Verify patient insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing inquiries efficiently
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls appropriately and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain organized electronic medical records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with patient intake forms,



update medical and dental histories, and ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations and support administrative needs

Skills

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental setting
- Proficiency in MaxAssist
- Communication skills, capable of handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and clarity
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and office procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with dental office equipment and administrative tasks is highly desirable
