- Manage consultant teams throughout design phases
- Validate compliance with contractual obligations
- Develop and manage design budgets and schedules Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in construction or consultancy
- 3+ years experience as a Design Manager
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent skills in MS Office and BIM tools
