Reefer Technician Wanted – Mississauga, ON | Up to $36/hr
We're looking for a skilled Reefer Technician to join our team in Mississauga! If you have a solid mechanical/HVAC background and know your way around transport refrigeration units, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (12-hour shifts) + $2.50/hr shift premium, hours topped up to 40/week

Compensation: Up to $36/hour based on experience

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair truck/trailer refrigeration units

Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing

Use diagnostic scanners and electronic test equipment to resolve system faults

Remove, replace, and test for refrigerant leaks

Perform soldering/welding as needed





Document work orders and communicate findings clearly

What You Bring:

Mechanical and/or HVAC experience

2–3 years in transport refrigeration (preferred)

Own tools and tool storage

Experience with Thermo King, Carrier, or similar brands (asset)

Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals

Robust diagnostic skills and attention to detail
