They participate in the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, cut and peel vegetables and fruit, plate dishes, prepare meal trolleys, and assist the rest of the team with the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen. Full time position, day shifts from 8:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M.,
