How You Operate

You lead from the floor. When a store's short-staffed or slammed, you're behind the counter or on the register helping close the gap, not observing from the office

You act fast across stores. When something's falling apart at any location, you're the one solving it, not escalating and waiting

You own outcomes across the district, not just one store. When something went wrong on your watch, you tell us what you did about it and what changed after

You build leaders, not just manage them. Your Store Managers' growth is a measure of your success

You build the playbook as the network grows. Where there's no process yet across stores, you're the one who creates it

You think like an operator across the whole district. Retail, optical, and café aren't separate problems, they're one business

You measure yourself by results: revenue, retention, community presence, across every store, not just your best one

Most people join us somewhere between the start and midpoint of that range, so there's plenty of room to grow as you settle in and make your mark. Where you land depends on your experience, skills, and what the role calls for.

We believe in paying fairly and competitively, and we check in on that regularly to keep pay consistent across the team and in step with the market.
