This role encompasses technical support for CMG software, working on environments—on-prem, cloud, or hybrid—while resolving critical issues related to job submission and licensing. You will enhance user experiences by creating documentation and guiding customers through complex scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customer installations and upgrades of HPC software
• Troubleshoot issues with MPI job execution and workplace configurations
• Create reports and internal knowledge documentation




• Manage HPC system performance and availability on both platforms
• Assist with licensing configuration and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support
• Strong understanding of HPC architecture and networking
• Proficiency with job schedulers like Microsoft HPC or SLURM
• Experience with general troubleshooting of distributed jobs
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively
