As a critical link to the District Manager, this Supervisor position focuses on overseeing multi-faceted enforcement programs within Municipal Licensing & Standards. You will coach and mentor a team while ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and municipal regulations. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in supervision, policy development, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor Municipal Licensing and Standards staff
• Oversee scheduling and compliance of operations
• Develop and execute quality assurance programs

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Proven leadership in complex environments
• Experience in regulatory compliance and enforcement
