Instacart is hiring a Director of Compensation to own the broad-based compensation strategy end-to-end. You will lead a team, shape equity design, advise leaders, and partner across HR, Finance and Legal to attract and retain talent as we expand in recent markets.

You will guide executive offers, retention decisions and pay equity questions, while driving data-driven decisions and scaling compensation programs globally. This is a remoteCanada role offering market-leading pay.
