This role calls for an individual who supports the People Team in organizing engaging events, enhancing team relations, and ensuring effective feedback collection. Your core responsibilities include mentoring Care Professionals, managing touchpoints, and partaking in supervisions and appraisals, all while promoting a positive culture. You will also participate in on-call duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive recruitment for Live-In Care Professionals
• Organize social events to enhance team spirit
• Mentor Care Professionals and provide support
• Complete onboarding processes as per SOP
• Participate in on-call duties including weekends
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Live-In Carers
• Background in caregiving and support roles
• Ideally possess NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Personable with a genuine desire to make a difference
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
