As a Clinical Lead in Community Health and Wellness, you will report to the Manager of Allied Health Services. This in office full time role involves providing clinical guidance, coordinating services, and mentoring staff to enhance health promotion and trauma-informed care. Your contributions will significantly support health services for the Six Nations community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff
• Support culturally appropriate client care plans
• Oversee adherence to health regulations and standards
• Facilitate interprofessional collaboration within care teams
• Participate in wellness program development and accreditation
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a regulated health profession
• Experience in supervising health support staff
• Registered Nurse status with relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems
• Robust communication and organizational skills
