Intact is hiring a Bilingual Claims Assistant II to join our Casualty Claims team in a 12-month contract. You’ll provide frontline administrative support and quality customer service in the settlement of insurance claims from Toronto or Ottawa offices.
This role requires bilingual fluency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience. You will open claims, manage files, coordinate national assignments and assist with payments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
