Key responsibilities include ensuring our website remains accessible and optimized for conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical and customer service skills to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content updates, builds, and redesigns as needed
- Track projects using Jira and oversee QA testing
- Work with developers to integrate web architectures
- Debug pages and fix issues to enhance performance
- Maintain digital platform and system integrations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience with enterprise CMS platforms
- Relevant university degree required
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
- Website design experience is necessary
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility practices
