In this role, you'll perform a variety of maintenance tasks that ensure a secure and comfortable atmosphere for residents. Your duties will include daily cleaning routines, minor repairs, and interactions with residents and staff. You will play a key part in the emotional well-being of those in long-term care by upholding hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain assigned areas effectively
• Perform daily water temperature and meter readings
• Replenish paper products in common areas
• Carry out preventative maintenance duties
• Complete written reports daily
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Basic computer skills
• Experience working in long-term care preferred
• Physically fit to perform all duties
