As a Brand Ambassador, you'll work flexible shifts, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays, with training provided before your first shift. Your role includes preparing samples, maintaining a clean sampling setup, and meeting customer engagement targets. Confidence in product messaging and excellent customer interaction are key skills for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer alcohol samples and engage with shoppers
• Provide detailed product information and answer questions
• Achieve sampling targets during interactions
• Set up and maintain a tidy sampling station
• Complete shift reporting accurately
Requirements:
• Valid Liquor Certification required
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Strong ability to communicate and engage with customers
• Ability to stand for the duration of shifts
• Smartphone access for reporting tasks
