Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard clients to eServices while following SLA guidelines
• Transition clients to TownSuite mERP applications smoothly




• Gather data and reports crucial for implementations
• Address any client concerns regarding the project
• Monitor project milestones and assist with training
Requirements:
• Knowledge in areas like Accounting or Municipal Finance
• Proficiency in cloud computing and SQL Server
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively via Zoom
