Windsor Salt is hiring for a Package Equipment Operator to support its production efforts in Belle Plaine. This position requires managing various packaging machines and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining productivity and ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements through rigorous checks and balances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fill and code bags accurately on the packaging line
• Operate forklifts safely alongside the production team




• Keep production records and complete check-weighing tasks
• Provide maintenance support for packaging equipment
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Manufacturing experience is an asset
• Understanding of Food Safety processes
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 kg
