Key Responsibilities:



• Provide assessment and treatment for critical care patients • Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to improve patient outcomes • Ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols • Document patient assessments and care plans accurately • Lead and mentor new staff and students as needed

Requirements: • Registered with CNO and in good standing • 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred • Current BCLS and ACLS certificates • Robust clinical judgment and communication skills • Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare
