Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake screenings and assessments for clients
• Develop and implement Client Service Plans




• Engage in home visits and regular follow-ups

Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Agency Affiliated license within 90 days of hire
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Possess a valid State Driver’s license
