Are you a seasoned people leader, facilitator and certified coach? Do you thrive in a high-volume environment, working with multiple clients to drive leadership effectiveness? We’re looking for a People Leader, Director Facilitator, to lead our team of facilitators and coaches to success. If you’re passionate about delivering impactful sessions on a scale, we have the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of managers/directors, and gig workers responsible for program delivery
- Provide guidance on complex people issues, including performance management, engagement, and team dynamics
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
- Co-Lead facilitator excellence and quality assurance practices,
including shadowing and giving feedback
- Facilitate training offerings targeted mainly to leader and HR audiences using a variety of creative techniques aligned with adult learning principles.
- Deliver coaching using the proficiencies and competencies outlined by the ICF at PCC level with external clients as part of McLean & Company's leadership development coaching offering.
- Engage in effective coaching conversations with leadership clients, demonstrating active listening skills and asking powerful questions to guide leaders in finding their own solutions to aid their professional development.
- Manage each cohort assigned through meet and greets, tailoring, and being main point of contact for decision makers.
- Partner with our commercial teams to demonstrate “proof concept” for our products and services to potential clients, assess client needs, and scope requirements.
- Contribute to the maintenance of current offerings, including piloting and iterating program design where needed. Be the liaison between LS delivery and LS production for product updates.
- Collaborate with operations to develop and execute scheduling strategies across full-time, contract, and gig talent
Essential Skills/Education:
- 7+ years of facilitation experience, preferably online facilitation using Teams platform
- 5+ years experience in HR in corporate environment
- Minimum 10 years of people leader experience in Human Resources
- Client focused, with a demonstrated ability to assess client needs
- ICF certification at minimum PCC level
- Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and quality assurance skills
- Solid organizational, project and time management skills, with a proven ability to switch quickly between high priority tasks
- Proven attention to detail and comfort in making strategic recommendations using large data sets
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make informed decisions that demonstrate a broader scope of contextual and business understanding, rather than just an HR focus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, project management, collaboration, communication, and key player management skills.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating at both the first-time leader and senior leader level
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing work environment with complex personalities and situations
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft suit products.
- University degree in HR, Adult Education, IO Psychology, Business or related post secondary program
