Become the Director of Environmental Services at Southlake Residential Care Village. In this managerial role, you will report to the Executive Director and oversee all elements of environmental services at Southlake.

Your leadership will directly impact our mission to provide residents with a secure and comfortable living workplace. You will be crucial in launching process improvements and maintaining compliance with regulations governing long-term care. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry department operations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage contracts and all facility-related services




- Lead staff recruitment, training, and orientation
- Conduct quality control inspections and manage departmental budgets

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
- Understanding of Building Environmental Systems is advantageous
- Hands-on experience in long-term care settings
- WHIMIS and Health and Safety certified
- Ability to multitask and respond to emergencies adequately
