- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage contracts and all facility-related services
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and orientation
- Conduct quality control inspections and manage departmental budgets Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
- Understanding of Building Environmental Systems is advantageous
- Hands-on experience in long-term care settings
