CIBC is seeking a Director, Enterprise Machine Learning Frameworks & Operations in Toronto. This role emphasizes shaping MLOps strategies and enhancing AI scalability in a hybrid work environment. As a pivotal leader, you’ll drive the design and development of enterprise-wide MLOps capabilities.

Your expertise in CI/CD pipelines, regulatory compliance, and engineering standards will ensure a robust AI delivery process. You will also oversee tooling frameworks, focusing on both traditional and large language models, and manage end-to-end model deployments. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead MLOps strategy and technical deliverables
- Ensure compliance with regulatory governance requirements
- Develop production-ready AI/ML systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Mentor teams in MLOps best practices Requirements:
- 8+ years in AI/ML or MLOps roles
