This key role involves hands-on leadership across multiple locations, including Sherbrooke and Beauceville. With a focus on safety, quality, and cost management, you will mentor teams and develop operational budgets while supporting capital projects and process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor operations and production teams
- Develop KPI’s for daily operation management
- Champion health, safety, and compliance initiatives
- Support major capital expenditures and process improvements
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management
- 10+ years in progressive operations leadership
