Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Support meal assembly and serving processes during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Help with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote an environmentally friendly kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive,

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential!
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of cooking or meal preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
