Watercolour Restaurant is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to support our kitchen team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and assisting with basic food preparation. The ideal candidate is a team player who works well in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools are cleaned and sanitized properly
- Keep dish, prep, and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
- Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients as directed by the kitchen team
- Support cooks and chefs during service as needed
- Properly handle, store,



and label food in accordance with food safety standards
- Dispose of garbage and recycling and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Kitchen or prep experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
