Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support the food handling process by ensuring proper storage and sanitation of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to promote food safety and hygiene.
- Help with organizing kitchen supplies, restocking items as needed to ensure smooth operations.




- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support meal service during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Basic knowledge of cooking, food preparation, and food safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health regulations.
- Prior experience with food handling or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
