Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new financial advisors
• Provide training on necessary procedures and system navigation
• Act as the primary resource for onboarding questions




• Work alongside operations teams to meet onboarding deadlines
• Update and track advisor progress on onboarding initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a financial service or operations center
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course preferred
• Solid customer service and detail-oriented skills
• Bilingual, with French proficiency required, English preferred
