As a Financial Controller, you will manage general accounting, corporate reporting, and the payroll team.

This role focuses on developing processes that improve financial accuracy and strengthen controls. You'll be instrumental in leading compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reporting packs
- Review tax remittances and ensure timely submissions
- Provide management oversight of payroll practices
- Collaborate across business units to optimize performance

Requirements:

- 7-10 years progressive accounting experience
- Experience leading financial reporting and treasury teams
- CPA certification and related academic background
- Knowledge of IFRS and public company controls
- Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office Suite
