Responsibilities

- Operate dry cleaning machines, laundry equipment, and stain removal tools efficiently and safely.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care instructions before cleaning.
- Handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring proper treatment according to fabric type and customer specifications.
- Sort items by color, fabric type, and cleaning method to optimize processing flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to uphold health standards and operational efficiency.
- Accurately record customer orders, item details, and special instructions for each garment.




- Assist with basic laundry tasks such as folding, pressing, and finishing garments to meet quality standards.

Skills

- Prior experience in hotel laundry services or similar hospitality environments is highly advantageous.
- Robust knowledge of laundry processes, stain removal techniques, and garment care best practices.
- Ability to operate dry cleaning machines and related cleaning equipment confidently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure each item is cleaned thoroughly without damage.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy or bulky items safely.
- Effective communication skills for working collaboratively with team members and understanding customer needs.
