Your leadership will drive person-centered support for individuals with disabilities. In this critical position, you will manage operations while providing guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and empower staff to engage clients in meaningful activities. You will also develop budgets and performance metrics to measure success. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of operations
- Lead teams to meet health outcomes and standards
- Maintain compliance with organizational and legal policies
- Plan effective staffing and training initiatives
- Manage budget development and monthly reviews
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Human Services
- At least 5 years in a direct support human service role
- Solid communication abilities in English; French is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
