We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated person to help with order fulfillment for our growing Shopify e-commerce store.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, is extremely detail-oriented, and takes pride in making sure every customer receives exactly what they ordered.

Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare Shopify orders for shipment
- Carefully double-check every order for accuracy before it leaves
- Print shipping labels and organize outgoing orders
- Receive incoming inventory and unpack product deliveries
- Unpack and organize pallets of inventory
- Keep inventory and the packing/work area organized and tidy
- Flag inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues
- Assist with general e-commerce and warehouse organization as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is extremely important in this role
- Self-motivated and dependable — you will often be working independently




- Organized and able to manage your workload without constant supervision
- Comfortable learning and working with Shopify/order fulfillment systems
- Able to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable unpacking pallets, moving inventory, and being on your feet
- Reliable, effective, and able to follow established packing procedures

About the Role This is a hands-on position supporting a growing e-commerce business based in St. Catharines, Ontario. As our online store continues to grow, there may be opportunities for the role and responsibilities to grow as well.

Previous e-commerce, Shopify, retail inventory, shipping, or warehouse experience is an asset, but we’re primarily looking for someone who is reliable, meticulous, and capable of working independently.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 40.0 per week
