Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through personalized caregiving and teaching strategies
- Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and communicating with families regularly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment following health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that enhance learning experiences and promote teamwork




- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
- Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while supporting individual needs
- Classroom experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Effective teaching skills that foster engagement and curiosity among young learners
- Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education are preferred but not mandatory
